The Third
Jumma Mubarak

"And seek forgiveness of Allah; indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful."

Greetings from Utilizor

Alhamdulillah, we are blessed to witness the Third Jumma of Ramadan. As we navigate through the Days of Forgiveness (Maghfirah), our entire team at Utilizor extends heartfelt wishes of peace, health, and spiritual elevation to you and your family.

May Allah (SWT) accept our fasting, answer our secret prayers, and grant us the strength to maximize the remaining blessed days of this holy month. Jumma Tul Wida is slowly approaching; let us make every second count.

The Second Ashra

The Days of Divine Forgiveness

Ramadan is beautifully divided into three stages (Ashras). While the first ten days are about Allah's Mercy, the second ten days—the Days of Maghfirah—are exclusively reserved for seeking His boundless forgiveness. The Third Jumma usually falls squarely within this critical period.

During these days, the gates of heaven remain wide open, and the angels descend to witness the believers turning back to their Creator. It is a time for deep introspection. Every tear shed in repentance during this Ashra has the power to wash away years of transgressions.

Friday (Jumma), inherently the "Chief of Days" (Sayyid al-Ayyam), magnifies this opportunity. There is a hidden hour on Friday (Sa'at al-Ijaba) where no dua of a believer is rejected. When this hour aligns with the fasting state of a believer during the Ashra of Forgiveness, the spiritual magnitude is truly incomprehensible.

A Direct Promise

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: "The five daily prayers, and from one Friday prayer to the (next) Friday prayer, and from Ramadan to Ramadan are expiations for the (sins) committed in between them provided one stays away from the major sins."— (Sahih Muslim)

Maximize the Third Friday

  • Read Surah Al-Kahf to be illuminated with light between the two Fridays.
  • Abundantly recite Astaghfirullah throughout the day.
  • Give charity, even if it is a date, as Sadaqah extinguishes sins like water extinguishes fire.
  • Make deep, sincere Dua during the final hour before Maghrib.
Spiritual Excellence

Virtues of the Third Friday

Embrace the sanctity of this day with remembrance, repentance, and reflection.

The Ashra of Forgiveness (Maghfirah)

"I seek forgiveness from Allah, my Lord, for every sin I committed, and I turn to Him in repentance."

The second ten days of Ramadan are dedicated to seeking Allah's boundless forgiveness. The Third Jumma falls perfectly within this Ashra, making it the most opportune moment to repent and ask for mercy.

Purification Through Charity

"Take from their wealth a charity by which you purify them and cause them increase. (Surah At-Tawbah 9:103)"

Friday is the best day for charity, and when combined with Ramadan, the reward is multiplied 70 times or more. Supporting Islamic education is one of the highest forms of Sadaqah Jariyah.

Durood upon the Prophet ﷺ

"Indeed, Allah confers blessing upon the Prophet, and His angels (ask Him to do so). O you who have believed, ask (Allah to confer) blessing upon him and ask (Allah to grant him) peace."

Sending Durood Shareef on Friday carries immense blessings. On the Friday of Ramadan, this reward is unimaginable. Make it a habit to recite Durood abundantly today.
