Creating Page Bookmarks with HTML

Bookmarks are incredibly useful for long web pages, as they allow users to quickly navigate to a specific section without having to scroll endlessly. Creating a bookmark is a simple two-step process.

Step 1: Create the Bookmark using the `id` Attribute

First, you need to mark the section you want to link to. This is done by adding a unique id attribute to the HTML element you want to jump to, such as a heading.

Step 2: Add a Link to the Bookmark

Next, create a hyperlink (an <a> tag) that points to the bookmark. To do this, set the href attribute to a hash symbol (#) followed by the unique `id` of the destination element.
